We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post service levels. Estimated delivery times provided by Australia Post are a guide only.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post or courier services

  • Weather events, public holidays, or peak periods

Incorrect Address

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses and any replacement orders will be at the customer’s expense.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
