Shipping Rates
Australia: Shipping cost is based on Australia post standard rates.
International - Europe, Asia & USA: Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout via the Australia Post calculator.
Royalties
A royalty fee of 10% of all products sold that are printed with art from the Warlukurlangu artist go back to directly benefit that featured artist. This royalty rate is negotiated with the artists representative at the Warlu artist centre in Yuendumu.
A percentage of profits from the sale of our toy range is donated to the Australian Wildlife Conservancy - www.australianwildlife.org
Where are our products made?
Sadly it's become quite difficult to manufacture products like ours in Australia with a shortage of manufacturing facilities and also very high costs to make our products here at home. This means we do have to make our products offshore but this also makes the products obtainable to everyone at a reasonable price point which makes us happy. We only work with the most reputable suppliers to make sure all of our products are up to exceptional standards.
Where can you find our products in stores?
Outback Tails products can be found in a select group of retail stores in Australia and many stores in the USA through King Wholesale Pet Products.

Dog Bed Washing
Our rectangular dog beds can be washed easily with a removable top cover that unzips for easy washing. The round dog bed can also be washed with the inner cushion cover being removable and the rest of the bed can go into a large washing machine on a cold wash with a scoop of napisan to bring up the brightness of the white fleece.

Are the collars water proof?
Our collars are made from natural leather with steel hardware so not ideal for salt water conditions. You wouldn't wear your best leather belt in the ocean so we would prefer you to take off your dog's collar before a swim to make it look better for longer.
